Last year while at my other company I represented the retail center Main Street @ Seven Bridges in Woodridge, IL. I had a space that was a former breakfast/lunch restaurant and ownership wanted to fill the space with the same use. After reviewing multiple deals that ownership did not want I focused on the breakfast/lunch restaurant user. I started cold calling area restaurants to see if they were interested in opening another location. After multiple days and lots of calls I did get some interested parties.

In January, Jam and Jelly Cafe opened! I visited there recently and I have to say they did a great job with remodeling the space. I have to say as well that their food was very fresh and hot. Service was quick, friendly and accommodating.

If you are in the Woodridge area you need to check it out.
